Clinical Services
During swallowing evaluations, speech therapists will observe patients consume food and drinks of different textures for signs of dysphagia. The patient’s medical history, swallowing muscles and feeding postures will also be evaluated. The speech therapist will provide rehabilitative therapy and help patients regain their swallowing ability safely. Therapy programs will be individualized to the patient’s needs.

Points to note:
- If you require to change your appointment, please contact the office (Tel: 3917 1568) at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- If you are late for your appointment, the Voice Clinic reserves the right to shorten or cancel your session.
- If you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, this will be regarded as a “Failed Appointment”. A “Failed Appointment” will incur a charge of 50% of the usual fee unless on exceptional circumstances.
- If a subsequent appointment is required after a “Failed Appointment”, advance booking fee equivalent to one-session consultation fee will be required to be paid in advance before a “re-appointment” can be given.
